- Eat without distractions. Distractions include radio, television, newspapers, books, intense or anxiety-producing conversations or music.
- Eat what your body wants.
- Eat until you are satisfied.
- Eat (with the intentions of being) in full view of others.
- Eat with enjoyment, gusto and pleasure.
